Sieve Shaker holds up to four 12in (305mm) full-height test sieves and pan, six intermediate height sieves and pan, or eight half-height sieves and pan. 12in sieves have more than twice the effective sieving area as 8in sieves. Recommended for separations of particle sizes ranging from 1/2in (12.5mm) to No. 500 (25µm).

W.S. Tyler Ro-Tap 8in and 12in Sieve Shakers generate 278 oscillations and 150 taps per minute as required by some ASTM methods.

The horizontal, circular motion with vertical tapping action assures accurate and consistent results. These rugged shakers are built for heavy use and can be bolted to bench tops for stable operation. All feature a powerful 1/4hp electric motor and an electronic digital timer for repeatability when performing separations. The sieve support plate adjusts quickly to hold the desired number of sieves. Ro-Tap Sieve Shakers are wired for 115V/60Hz electrical supplies.

8in Ro-Tap

Sieve Shaker holds up to six full-height 8in (203mm) test sieves with full height pan, or thirteen half-height sieves with half-height pan. 200mm ISO sieves can also be used. Recommended for the separation of particle sizes ranging from No. 4 (4.75mm) to No. 635 (20µm).

Sieve Shaker performs tests on two separate 8in (203mm) test sieve stacks simultaneously with exactly the same action as Ro-Tap single-stack models. Recommended for separations of particle sizes ranging from No. 4 (4.75mm) to No.635 (20µm).
