100.0 mm laboratory test sieve — 200 mm × 25 mm, stainless steel frame

This Endecotts test sieve uses stainless steel mesh with a nominal 100.0 mm opening in a 200 mm diameter, 25 mm deep stainless steel frame. It is intended for laboratory particle-size analysis and routine sieving where this opening and frame configuration are required.

Typical applications and selection: The 100.0 mm opening is well suited to large aggregate and coarse material sizing, including gravel and crushed-stone fractions where a large nominal opening is specified. The stainless-steel frame is particularly suitable where corrosion resistance, frequent cleaning or wet-sieving capability is important. The 25 mm half-height format is useful when many sieve sizes must be stacked in one test or when sample volume is limited. The final sieve opening should always follow the applicable test method or product specification.

An optional calibration certificate is available for applications requiring documented verification according to ASTM E11 and ISO 3310.
